Real Madrid will sign left-back Theo Hernandez this summer as the player himself has already completed his medical with the club to ensure that Los Blancos pay his release clause next July, according to MARCA.
Atletico de Madrid and Real Madrid will negotiate Theo's move after Wednesday's game. Florentino Perez could pay the €24 million on his release clause but he could also accept a €30 million move which wouldn't be considered as hostile by the Atletico board.
Theo, who is playing for Alaves on a loan deal from Atletico de Madrid, is one of the most promising players in the Spanish La Liga and would be a good backup for Marcelo. It looks like Real Madrid are taking their future very seriously as other promising players like Kylian Mbappe or Vinicius Junior seem to be on their radar. Jesus Vallejo is also expected to be with the first team next season after spending this year on loan in Frankfurt.
