Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane were two of Real Madrid's most highlighted players against Juventus last Saturday. Real's captain in particular kept both Gonzalo Higuain and Paulo Dybala in his pocket and completed one of the best performances of his career, even though he did not score.
Ramos is already 31 years old but he has plenty of fuel left in the tank. It seems that he's matured as a player and the experience he's gathered over the years helped him this season. He led Real Madrid's defensive line even when both Pepe and Varane were injured. Nacho played well in their absence but he will surely tell you that playing alongside Ramos makes things much easier.
