Just when most fans and reporters believe that Real Madrid will need a backup striker this season, MARCA are reporting that Los Blancos will stay put in the transfer market and that the current roster will be the one they’ll go with this season.

Current Real Madrid roster per Realmadrid.com.

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla, Luca Zidane.

Defenders: Dani Carvajal, Achraf Hakimi, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Nacho Fernandez, Jesus Vallejo, Marcelo, Theo Hernandez.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Marcos Llorente, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Isco Alarcon, Mateo Kovacic, Dani Ceballos.

Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, Borja Mayoral.

Zinedine Zidane and his coaching staff are planning to use Cristiano Ronaldo as the potential main striker if Karim Benzema isn’t available. It seems that Isco and Bale will be fighting for one spot in the starting lineup all season long, with Asensio being the most likely replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
