Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente might be ready to have a relevant role with the first team but so far he has played meaningless minutes and is behind both Casemiro and Kovacic in the depth chart. That’s precisely why 20 clubs have asked about the player, who would like to leave and play elsewhere, according to reports. However, coach Zinedine Zidane wants to keep him in the roster and the final decision on Llorente’s future is on Zidane’s hands.

PSG, Valencia, Atletico de Madrid or Sevilla are among those teams who want to sign the promising midfielder. Llorente has a €200 million release clause and no deal will be made unless Real Madrid decide to sell him.

Other reports from Spain indicate that Zidane and Llorente are not on the same page ever since both men were with Castilla. If those reports are accurate, Zidane and Llorente had a fairly strong argument about Enzo Zidane being Castilla’s captain and undisputed starter in the midfield.
