Real Madrid host Levante and most reporters and supporters alike expect coach Zinedine Zidane to make some rotations. Young left-back Theo Hernandez appears to be ready to start while other men like Dani Ceballos or Marcos Llorente might have a chance to feature in the starting lineup as well.
Keep in mind that Keylor Navas, Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t make the team’s squad list. Navas and Modric will rest while Ronaldo is still suspended after pushing the referee during the last El Clasico against Barcelona. However, those three players will be available next Wednesday when Real Madrid take on APOEL to begin their defense of the Champions League title.
Levante should be manageable opposition for Los Blancos, even with the younger and inexperienced players on the field. Still, Madrid need to send a message after the last 2-2 draw against Valencia which already put them two points behind Barcelona in La Liga table.
Real Madrid predicted XI: Casilla, Carvajal, Nacho, Ramos, Theo, Llorente, Kroos, Ceballos, Vazquez, Asensio, Benzema.
Levante predicted XI: Raul, Ivan, Postigo, Chema, Toño, Campaña, Lerma, Jason, Bardhi, Alegria, Ivi.
