Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente, who signed a contract extension with the club this past winter, has not been a relevant player under Zinedine Zidane all season long and it seems that many clubs are trying to acquire him via a loan deal before the transfer deadline.

Valencia, Sevilla, Betis, Deportivo or Alaves are among the teams who have inquired about the midfielder, while also Newcastle have called Real Madrid to talk about Llorente lately.

However, Los Blancos are not entertaining offers and want to keep Llorente around this season. Apparently, Zidane plans to give the midfielder enough minutes to prove himself before the end of the season, postponing a decision about his long-term future with Madrid until next summer. Real Madrid are 19 points behind Barcelona in La Liga table and will try their very best to beat PSG in the Champions League, meaning that Llorente could get playing time in La Liga sooner rather than later just so that Casemiro can rest.
