Kane: “Not the day to talk about Real Madrid”

Tottenham striker Harry Kane delivered two assists in England’s 3-2 win against Spain last Monday. The attacker has scored five goals for Tottenham this season and has been rumored to be on Real’s radar throughout the year. However, he refused to talk about these rumors.

“I’m sorry, it’s not the right day to talk about Real Madrid,” said Kane when asked about it. Los Blancos have been lacking some scoring punch this season and Kane would solve most of these issues, although it would not be cheap for Madrid to complete a deal for the prized striker.

Tottenham definitely don’t need the money and it’s not clear how Kane would adapt to playing in La Liga. Furthermore, he seems to be extremely commited and it seems fairly clear that he would not be willing to force his way out of London, so Madrid might have to look elsewhere if they need a top striker.
