Castilla player Vinicius Jr was sent off during the match against Celta B and won’t be available for El Clasico against Barcelona next Saturday. Real Madrid are going to appeal the second yellow card he saw during the game just in case and if the appeal is successful he could play.

Vinicius was booked during the first half after arguing with the referee, and he saw his second yellow after an alleged dive even though there was contact between the two players.

The Brazilian wonder kid had n easy game as he also scored a golazo. Right now things aren’t going the right way for Lopetegui so it won’t be easy for Vinicius to find some of the minutes he probably deserves. Lopetegui will likely trust his best players and not the ones who lack experience in order to bounce back. His spot as the coach of Real Madrid could be in jeopardy if Los Blancos can’t beat Viktoria Plzen next Tuesday.
