Real Madrid published their squad list for Wednesday’s match against Melilla in the Copa del Rey, and as usual in this competition, it features four players from Castilla who are not part of the first team.
REAL MADRID’S SQUAD LIST:
Goalkeepers: Navas, Casilla and Courtois.
Defenders: Sergio Ramos, Nacho, Odriozola, Reguilón, De la Fuente and Javi Sánchez.
Midfielders: Casemiro, Valverde, Llorente, Asensio, Ceballos and Feuillassier.
Attackers: Benzema, Lucas Vázquez, Vinicius Jr. and Cristo.
Solari included captain Sergio Ramos in this list, so the defender might have to play considering how thin the squad is in that line. Isco, Kroos, Modric and Gareth Bale will get some rest here but Benzema will probably have to play now that Mariano is injured as well.
It will be interesting to see what Solari does with the starting lineup, although his first true decision in that matter will come this next weekend, when he won’t have to rest the starters.
