Real Madrid visit Vitoria to play Alaves, who have been playing very well this season. Los Blancos have not recorded a single win on their last three games and they need to bounce back from the abysmal loss against CSKA last Tuesday. Luckily enough for them, Gareth Bale will be available after an MRI showed that he didn’t injure his groin during the Madrid Derby against Atletico.

Coach Julen Lopetegui said that his team needs to have confidence in what they’re doing. While it’s true that Los Blancos have been able to control the tempo of the game at their will, they’re lacking scoring punch and also playmaking skills since Isco had surgery. Asensio, Bale and Benzema must find a way to have more impact on the game if they want to regain momentum and compete for this title against Barcelona. Odriozola will be expected to start as the team’s right-back now that Carvajal is injured.
