Santiago Solari will stay as the coach of Real Madrid’s first team until the end of the season, according to a report from El Chiringuito. Los Blancos have won four straight games and Solari, who was initially appointed as an interim coach, will be given the chance to end the season and prove that his good start is no fluke, according to a report from El Chiringuito.

Real Madrid thought about signing former Chelsea coach Antonio Conte as soon as they sacked Lopetegui, but both the club and Conte himself changed their minds as soon as captain Sergio Ramos suggested that he was not going to be accepted in the dressing room.

Now, Solari will end the season with the team and might even have a chance to stay if Madrid manage to win a title this season. For the moment, Los Blancos are four points behind Barcelona in La Liga table.
