Real Madrid published a medical report on Nacho, who had to leave Sunday’s match against Celta Vigo with a knee injury.
Following tests carried out on Nacho by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a dislocation of the internal collateral ligament of the right knee. His recovery will continue to be assessed.

Nacho will miss up to eight weeks with this injury and this is a devastating loss for Madrid considering that Varane is also out at the moment. Furthermore, Varane has performing very poorly this season as well, so losing Nacho for such a long time is terrible for Santi Solari.
Javi Sanchez replaced Nacho last Sunday and might have the chance to play some minutes while both Nacho and Varane are out. Jesus Vallejo could also play if he is able to stay healthy once he recovers from his own injury as well.
