Real Madrid officially confirmed that coach Santiago Solari has signed a contract until the summer of 2021.
The board of directors of Real Madrid C.F., which met today, 13 November 2018, has agreed to appoint Santiago Solari as first-team coach until 30 June 2021.

Solari won his first four games as the coach of Real Madrid and the club then decided to give him the chance to stay until the end of the season. However, to give him a deal through 2021 was unexpected, although it’s clear that this hardly means anything given that he could still be sacked if the current teams fails to meet the expectations.
The whole team is apparently very happy with Solari and that’s also one of the reasons why the board decided to give him this permanent deal, according to reports from the Spanish press. One way or another, the Argentinian coach is here to stay.
