Real Madrid host Rayo Vallecano in what will be their last home game of the year. Los Blancos will be without Gareth Bale, who picked up a small ankle injury during the match against CSKA. Still, Los Blancos should have enough tools to dismantle Rayo Vallecano and keep taking care of business in La Liga.

Madrid are five points behind Barcelona in the table but Messi and Co. have what might be a tough away game against Levante this Sunday, so Madrid should do their homework in order to put some pressure on Barça’s side.

Midfielder Marcos Llorente will be expected to get another chance to feature in the starting lineup given how well he’s performed in Casemiro’s absence. Kroos could also return to the lineup after playing some minutes against CSKA. Madrid need to gain some confidence ahead of the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup, which will be played in the United Arab Emirates later this month.
