Asensio, Bale unable to complete training session ahead of Club World Cup Semifinals

Real Madrid completed their first training session in the United Arab Emirates this Monday. Los Blancos will face Kashima Antlers in the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup Semifinals on Wednesday and it seems that Marco Asensio might be questionable for that game as he wasn’t able to train with the rest of the squad today.

Gareth Bale also trained by himself, meaning that he might also be forced to miss the match against Kashima, just like Nacho and Mariano.

It looks like Casemiro is finally available as well. Solari gave him a bit more rest and decided not to include him in the squad list for the home match against Rayo but the Brazilian has been training with his teammates for the last few days and appears to be ready to make his return, even though Solari should take a cautious approach given how well Marcos Llorente has performed in Casemiro’s absence.

Real Madrid will most likely update Bale and Asensio’s status after Tuesday’s training session.
