Luka Modric and Gareth Bale didn’t train with the squad this Wednesday and appear to be questionable to face Girona next Sunday.
Real Madrid completed the second session of the week and continued preparing for the game against Girona at the Santiago Bernabéu this Sunday (8:45pm CET). Zidane also called up Feuillassier from the Castilla squad for the session. Modric and Bale trained inside the facility.
The madridistas completed a session in which ball work took centre stage. They started training with various warm-up exercises then moved on to possession and pressing before finishing with different games in reduced spaces.

Real Madrid have not published a medical report on neither player so it seems that they are not injured. Still, if they have small issues it would be wise to give them some rest this weekend so that they can be completely ready to play in the Champions League Quarterfinals.
Bale and Modric have both been injured this season, so coach Zinedine Zidane and the rest of the staff will need to take a cautious approach when they rejoin the squad.
