Manchester United ready to spend €200 million on Kroos and Varane?

The silly season has begun. Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho will offer €200 million to sign Toni Kroos and Raphael Varane away from Real Madrid, according to a report from The Mirror.

Neither Kroos nor Varane are available, though, so they would have to force their way out if they want to sign for United. All in all, this is just a silly rumor but one which might indicate that the Red Devils could try to improve their current roster and some reserves like Isco or Bale could be on their list next summer if Madrid decide to make them available.

This will be a long summer for Los Blancos as they will be making many moves. Florentino Perez and the board will pay close attention to the 2018 FIFA World Cup and there will be clubs interested in some of Madrid’s current players who aren’t playing as much as they initially expected.
