Real Madrid midfielder Isco Alarcon rejoined the squad in Sunday’s training session after missing the last few practices and also Saturday’s away match against Las Palmas with what Zidane described as a “minor niggle.”
It looks like Isco will be ready to face Juventus this Tuesday even though he will almost surely come off the bench as he is now behind both Lucas Vazquez and Marco Asensio in the pecking order.
However, Isco could still be a very important player for coach Zinedine Zidane as he would help Real Madrid if Los Blancos want to control the tempo of the game and dominate the possession. He has proven to be a very useful player off the bench and if he’s ready and fresh enough to play Zidane will likely use him during the last minutes of the game.
Ramos is also training with the squad, so Nacho remains Real Madrid’s only questionable player for Tuesday’s crucial match after he had to be taken off during Saturday’s win against Las Palmas.
