Real Madrid visit Malaga just three days after a very tough and intense match against Juventus in the return leg of the Champions League Quarterfinals. Coach Zinedine Zidane is aware of it and has decided to give Varane, Modric, Ronaldo and Bale some rest and those four players will not even make the trip to Malaga.

Other starters like Kroos or Casemiro could come off the bench also as Madrid try to get ready for the crucial opening leg of the Semifinals against Bayern, which will be played in just 10 days.

Malaga have been very poor this season and they need a miracle to avoid relegation, so Real Madrid can take advantage of this even without the starters. Kovacic, Vallejo and Marcos Llorente could get some valuable minutes today and will surely be eager to prove that they belong as the season comes to and end. Their spot on next year’s roster could be on the line and they will try to respond.
