Real Madrid published their squad list for Saturday’s home match against Celta Vigo.
REAL MADRID SQUAD:
Goalkeepers: Navas, Casilla and Luca.
Defenders: Vallejo, Achraf, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo and Theo.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Asensio, Kovacic and Isco.
Forwards: Benzema, Bale, Vázquez, Mayoral.
Knowing that most of the starters got some rest on Wednesday, Zidane will probably give them minutes today so that they can gain some confidence and momentum ahead of the crucial Champions League Final against Liverpool.
Still, it’s clear that the French coach will want to keep his players fresh for that game and won’t take any risks tonight.
This will be Real Madrid’s last home game of the season and Zidane admitted that they will try their best to collect a good result today.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Carvajal will miss the game as they are still recovering from the injuries they picked up. They should be ready against Liverpool, though.
