Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal had some words to say about the injury he picked up during the opening leg of the Champions League Semifinals against Bayern Munich. Carvajal was forced to miss the crucial second leg but will have enough time to recover for the Final.

"I've started to train with the ball and right now I'm feeling great. I have not felt any pain lately and the Final in Kyiv is all I'm thinking about, I'm not going to take any risks," said Carvajal.

It's clear that Carvajal will not play until the match against Liverpool. He needs that much time to recover properly from his hamstring injury and while it's great to hear that he isn't feeling pain, these injuries are always extremely tricky.

Carvajal's presence will be huge considering that he is the only pure right-back in the squad other than Achraf Hakimi, who isn't ready to start in such a big game.
