Juventus completed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo and announced that they paid €100 million to sign the Portuguese star away from Real Madrid.
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with Real Madrid Club De Fùtbol S.p.A. for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Dos Santos Aveiro Cristiano Ronaldo has been reached for a consideration of € 100 million payable in 2 financial years, in addition to the solidarity contribution provided by FIFA regulations and additional costs of € 12 million.

Real Madrid will need to use every bit of that transfer fee to find a proper replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, even though it’s clear that every single player on the roster will need to step their game up so that the team can still compete for every title without Ronaldo’s scoring numbers and leadership.
