Cristiano Ronaldo willing to join Juventus

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo will leave the Spanish club and is willing to join Juventus this summer, according to a report from A Bola.

Ronaldo wants to leave Real Madrid after the club refused to give him the raise he wants. The Portuguese star wants to match Messi and Neymar's €40 million/year salary and Los Blancos would not want to give him that kind of contract knowing that he is already 33 years old and his current contract expires in 2021.

It's not clear whether Juventus would be keen on giving Ronaldo that kind of salary, even though the Portuguese star could accept inferior wages now that it seems that his issues with Madrid seem to be a matter of pride.

Ronaldo suggested that he will be leaving Real Madrid this summer right after the final whistle of the Champions League Final against Liverpool, even though he corrected himself the day after. Still, it definitely seems that Ronaldo will end up leaving the club unless Real Madrid somehow find a way to give him the deal he wants.
