Real Madrid announce squad for Bernabeu Trophy against AC Milan

Real Madrid published their squad list for Saturday’s match against AC Milan in the Bernabeu Trophy, their last friendly of this pre-season.

REAL MADRID SQUAD LIST

Goalkeepers: Navas, Casilla, Luca, Lunin and Courtois.

Defenders: Carvajal, Vallejo, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola, Reguilón, Javi Sánchez and S. López.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, M. Llorente, Asensio, Isco, Ceballos, Odegaard and F. Valverde.

Forwards: Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez, B. Mayoral, Raúl de Tomás and Vinicius.

Interestingly enough, goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois made the list after training with the squad for just two days. Although that doesn’t mean he will be involved in the game, it’s also clear that Lopetegui wants to have him at his disposal as soon as possible. His presence as a starter in the upcoming Super Cup Final against Atletico should not be entirely ruled out.

Other than that, Lopetegui will probably start the 11 men who will face Atletico next Wednesday, so stay tuned.
