Real Madrid published the squad list for Saturday’s Madrid Derby against Atletico de Madrid, a game where Los Blancos will need to bounce back from the 3-0 loss they suffered in Sevilla this Wednesday.

Goalkeepers: Navas, Courtois and Casilla.

Defenders: Sergio Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Carvajal and Reguilón.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, M. Llorente, Asensio and Ceballos.

Attackers: Mariano, Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez and Vinicius.

Madrid will be without Marcelo and Isco, two key players who are expected to play a pivotal role under coach Julen Lopetegui. All things considered, it seems that Nacho and Asensio will replace them in the starting lineup, although Dani Ceballos could also play behind Bale and Benzema if Lopetegui wants to control the tempo of the game more effectively in order to prevent Atletico’s dangerous counterattacks. Carvajal has recovered in time for this Derby after the injury he picked up against Roma.
