Real Madrid coach Santiago Solari talked to the press ahead of Sunday’s away match against Betis, a tough one for Los Blancos. The Argentinian coach confirmed that winger Vinicius Junior is still questionable after missing Friday’s training session with the flu.

“We don’t know if he will be able to travel with us,” said Solari. Marco Asensio, Gareth Bale and Lucas Vazquez are all out and will miss the game, so Real Madrid will need Vinicius’ help if he’s able to go.

“I would not call it bad luck. We are hoping to recover all everyone as soon as possible. We hope to shorten the recovery time for all players,” added the coach about all the absences.

Isco is still out of Solari’s plans. He has not been getting relevant minutes ever since Solari took over and that might not change as long as he’s in charge.

“I would love for all of the players to play more. I am not the one who should give advice to Isco, he has played many seasons in Spain’s top division, he has the experience necessary to know what he has to do,” concluded Solari.
