Real Madrid published a medical report on Karim Benzema, who fractured his right pinky during the away match against Betis this Sunday.
After the tests carried out on our player Karim Benzema by the Real Madrid medical services, he has been diagnosed with a fracture in the phalanx of the fifth finger in the right hand. The player’s situation will continue to be monitored.

Benzema might be able to play the next game with a cast protecting his finger. The French striker is too valuable for Madrid and right now it’s extremely important that he’s able to play through pain and deliver given that reserve striker Mariano Diaz is also injured. Los Blancos have a thin roster right now with players like Kroos, Courtois, Bale and Asensio all injured as well. Solari’s men survived against Betis and found their way through to earn the three points even with all the injuries, so they will have to do more of the same against Sevilla next Saturday.
