Toni Kroos, Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio are also injured and Courtois might not be able to face Sevilla just yet even though he’s trained with the team for the last few days.
Kiko Casilla was sold to Leeds this week and now Madrid will just have to find a way through this injury bug until Courtois is 100% ready to go. Los Blancos might play it safe and decide not to rush Courtois back.
Navas played well with Courtois out but ultimately the Belgian keeper will regain control of the starting job as soon as he’s healthy.
Real Madrid’s home game against Sevilla will be even tougher now if Courtois isn’t ready yet and Los Blancos have to earn the three points.
