Mbappe: “Play for Real Madrid? You never know what the future holds”

French attacker Kylian Mbappe decided to join Paris Saint-Germain instead of Real Madrid when he had both offers on his table. Real Madrid and Monaco reportedly reached an agreement over his transfer yet Mbappe preferred to play in Paris. Now, the attacker has delivered some interesting quotes when asked about whether he will play for Real Madrid in the future or not.

“I feel well in Paris, but you never know what the future holds when you’re talking about football. I know that I will end the season here and then we will see,” said Mbappe, who scored a hat-trick against Guingamp.

Mbappe is definitely one of the best attackers in European football. His current contract with PSG expires in 2022 and a potential transfer would be extremely expensive for Real Madrid, so Los Blancos might decide not to be interested in his signing until Mbappe’s deal with PSG is about to expire. If the French club somehow keeps failing in the Champions League their big stars like Neymar, Verratti or Mbappe could decide to leave.
