Ronaldinho says Vinicius will be “one of the world’s greatest players very soon”

Former FC Barcelona player and Brazilian legend Ronaldinho talked to the press in Colombia and was asked about Vinicius Junior. Naturally, Ronaldinho praised Vinicius and said that he can be one of the world’s best players.

“He is already playing for one of the world’s biggest clubs and I think he will be one of the world’s greatest players very soon,” said Ronaldinho about the young star.

It hasn’t been an easy season for Vinicius so far. Most fans and analysts expected him to become a starter after Marco Asensio’s ACL injury but he’s mostly been coming off the bench to replace either Hazard or Bale.

Vinicius is still very young and has plenty of room for improvement, mainly with his finishing. If he manages to improve that particular skill, he will undoubtedly be one of the best and a key player for Real Madrid in the very near future. In the meantime, he has to stay patient and work for his minutes.
