Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes has been called up to play for the Brazilian national team in their next two games against Argentina and South Korea on November 15th and November 19th respectively. This is the first time he’ll be with the first team.
He will join Eder Militao and Casemiro, who will also feature for Brazil in those two matches, as usual.
This has been a perfect week for Rodrygo, given that he also made his debut as a starter for Real Madrid in the Champions League.
While it’s not clear if Rodrygo will actually play and make his debut with the Brazilian national team, it’s clear that he’s becoming a relevant player and that it will be hard for Zinedine Zidane to send him to Real Madrid Castilla. Rodrygo has earned some minutes with his composure and patience and while he still lacks the experience to contribute on a consistent basis, he can still make an impact off the bench.
