Real Madrid wonder kid Rodrygo Goes talked to the Brazilian media after his arrival in U23 Brazil’s training camp. Rodrygo answered some questions about his adjustment to Real Madrid.
“It’s been good, very good. I live in an excellent city, I’m in the world’s biggest cub with the world’s best players and they all make me feel welcome. It’s been very easy so far,” he said.
Rodrygo has been in and out of the team’s squad list but the attacker is staying patient and trust Zidane’s plans.
“My relationship with Zidane is very good. He was one of my idols, I always watched his videos growing up and it’s so good having him as a coach. He’s won it all and has so much experience to share. He likes to talk and give advice and I try to learn and improve from him,” explained Rodrygo.
Finally, he was also asked about Vinicius Junior, who is another one of Brazil’s hopes for the future and completed a brilliant debut season in Madrid.
“Vini is my friend since we were in Brazil and I hope our partnership is successful for many years in Madrid,” concluded the attacker.
Rodrygo scored his first goal for Madrid in his very debut with the club and fans are looking forward to seeing what he can do for the club this season, although it seems that he will have to wait before playing for the first team once again.
