The Spanish national team face Malta at the Estadio Ramon de Carranza in what should be a fairly easy game for Sergio Ramos and Co. Real Madrid’s captain and Dani Carvajal are the only representatives from Los Blancos in Spain’s list, who are coming off two disappointing draws against Sweden and Norway.
This is a very decent chance for Spain to bounce back and obtain the three points at home against Malta, who only have a win out of eight games.
Both Ramos and Dani Carvajal should feature in the starting lineup, so Zinedine Zidane and his coaching staff will be hoping that they avoid any kind of injury so that they’re ready for Real Madrid’s next two matches against Real Sociedad and PSG.
Spain have a five-point lead over Sweden in the group, so their presence in the UEFA Euro is not in jeopardy right now and won’t be any time soon if they get the three points today.
