Real Madrid have published their squad list for Wednesday’s home match against Galatasaray, which will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu —21:00 CEST—.

REAL MADRID LINE-UP:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Areola and Altube.

Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo and Mendy.

Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde and Isco.

Forwards: Hazard, Benzema, Lucas Vázquez, Jović and Rodrygo.

It’s a bit shocking to see that Vinicius Junior has once again been left out of the squad list even though he’s healthy. The young winger has clearly lost his spot on the right wing to Rodrygo, who seems to be the starter at least until Gareth Bale comes back from his injury. Zidane could likely give Lucas Vazquez the chance to feature in the starting lineup sooner or later.

Real Madrid need to take care of business against Galatasaray in order to increase their chances of clinching their presence in the next round of the European competition.
