Real Madrid visit Brugge with nothing to play for other than keeping their current momentum going ahead of their next two games in La Liga, away against Valencia and Barcelona.

Coach Zinedine Zidane admitted during Tuesday’s press conference that he will give the reserves some minutes. Sergio Ramos and Toni Kroos didn’t make the squad list and will rest, while other regular starters like Casemiro, Varane, Carvajal or Benzema could also sit on the bench.

Expect Eder Militao, Vinicius and Luka Jovic to play some minutes in this game. Brahim could also feature. All four of those players need minutes to keep developing and improving, and there’s no better chance to get them than tonight.

Even with some reserves playing heavy minutes, Real Madrid have what it takes to get the win and keep their good form going. Brugge will definitely try their best as they can still earn a spot in the Europe League, but still Los Blancos should probably get the win if they take the game seriously.
