Real Madrid have published their squad list for Wednesday’s El Clasico against Barcelona, which will be played at the Camp Nou, with kick-off set at 20:00 CEST.
REAL MADRID SQUAD:
Goalkeepers: Courtois, Areola, Altube.
Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Mendy.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde, Isco.
Forwards: Benzema, Bale, Jović, Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo.
Ferland Mendy is back with the team after missing Sunday’s match in Mestalla and will be expected to start in the left side of Real Madrid’s defensive line. Brahim, Odriozola and Mariano will not make the trip to Barcelona while Asensio, Lucas, James, Marcelo and Hazard are still injured and won’t be back in time for the game.
Casemiro will also be back in the starting lineup, with Valverde and Kroos playing alongside him. Other than that, it will be interesting to see who starts with Benzema upfront. Rodrygo, Bale and Vinicius are competing for Madrid’s two spots on the flanks.
