The swole king of stan twitter has made some interesting comments of late about his Blaugrauna past and potential future. In an interview for Jugones on La Sexta, he said:

If I do not have the option of Barca and I have to go to Real Madrid, I do not close any doors.

There was a misunderstanding with Barcelona. My departure was not the best, but I keep that story to myself.

The press is sure to drum this up as some sort of declaration of intent but it’s clear that Traoré is more expressing his lost love for his former club. And as good as it would feel to pick up a disillusioned former Barca youth product, it is difficult to see how there would be any space for Adama in the squad. Vinícius and Rodrygo are already getting minutes and Ødegaard eventually getting time on the right cannot be ruled out.
