Real Madrid published their squad list for Sunday’s home match against Girona in La Liga, a game where Solari will be able to make some rotations.

REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Goalkeepers: Navas, Courtois and Luca.

Defenders: Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola and Reguilón.

Midfielders: Kroos, Casemiro, Valverde, Asensio and Ceballos.

Forwards: Mariano, Benzema, Bale, Lucas Vázquez and Vinicius Jr.

Both Varane and Mariano had time to recover from their issues and will be available, which is great news for Solari. The Argentinian coach is probably looking forward to making some rotations given that key players like Ramos, Benzema, Modric and Kroos have played most of the minutes lately. Asensio could also be given the chance to start in Vinicius’ spot so that the young winger gets some rest as well.

Madrid should take care of business this game as Girona have not been very solid this season, so this game will be a very valuable opportunity for some of the reserves to step up and prove that they can also contribute.
