Who will start alongside Benzema?

Real Madrid visit the Camp Nou in what will be the first leg of the Copa del Rey Semifinals against FC Barcelona. Los Blancos are hoping to complete an encouraging performance after their recent improvements, while they will also try to get a good result by scoring some valuable away goals.

Los Blancos have a healthy roster and that means that Lucas Vazquez, Vinicius, Bale, Asensio and Isco are all fighting for two spots alongside Karim Benzema, who will lead Madrid’s offense. It appears that Lucas Vazquez has the edge and reports suggest that he will start, leaving Vinicius as the main candidate to play on the left wing.

Real Madrid predicted XI: Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Modric, Casemiro, Kroos; Vazquez, Vinicius, Benzema

Barcelona predicted XI: Ter Stegen; Roberto, Pique, Lenglet, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Arthur; Messi, Coutinho, Suarez

Lionel Messi is questionable for this game after being forced to leave the match against Valencia last Saturday, although his presence in Barcelona’s squad list indicates that he will probably be available.
