Former Chelsea midfielder and Hazard teammate Cesc Fabregas talked to Radio MARCA and suggested that Hazard is leaning towards joining Real Madrid next summer.

“I don’t know [if he’ll succeed in Madrid]. He still has a year and a half left on his current deal and he’s happy in Chelsea, just like his family. However, these decisions are always very personal. I know he likes Real Madrid, he’s always said so. I wish he would stay in Chelsea, but if he doesn’t he’ll sign for Real Madrid,” said Fabregas, who signed for Monaco this past winter.

Eden Hazard has been rumored to be on his way to Real Madrid for the last few transfer windows. He talked to RMC and clearly said that he has made his decision.

“I know what I’m going to do, I’ve made my decision and I will announce it soon,” said the winger, whose contract with Chelsea expires in 2020.
