It’s time for another El Clasico. Real Madrid host Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu after the recent 0-3 loss in the return leg of the Copa del Rey Semifinals that knocked Los Blancos out of the domestic competition.

Solari’s men are nine points behind Barcelona in the table and will play a crucial match against Ajax next Tuesday, so the Argentinian coach could think about making some rotations. However, it’s also true that Los Blancos need to make a statement after the discouraging loss they suffered last Wednesday, so it would make sense to deploy the starters and hope that they are fresh enough next Tuesday as well.

Real Madrid need to prove that they can still fight for the Champions League title. Two straight home losses against Barcelona would be a very tough pill to swallow for the fans, so Madrid will definitely try to complete a solid performance and convert their chances this time around.
