Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard remains Real Madrid’s priority for next summer’s transfer window, according to a report from MARCA. His current deal with Chelsea expires in 2020 and that would give Los Blancos a chance to try to get a deal done if Hazard lets Chelsea know that he won’t sign a contract extension.

That potential deal would be similar to the one that allowed Real Madrid to sign goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois last summer.

Hazard has been suggesting that he would be keen on a future move to Madrid for quite some time. Furthermore, he’s publicly confirmed that he’s yet to make a decision about his next deal. A potential move for Hazard could reach €100 million even if his contract will expire in just one year, so Real Madrid will have to think twice before signing the winger, who is 28 years old and definitely a quality player who could help the team.
