Real Madrid’s Santiago Solari must win the Champions League to stay in the club, according to a report from AS. The board are already considering the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Massimiliano Allegri and Joachim Löw as potential replacements for next summer, per that same report.

All three of those coaches were rumored to be on Madrid’s radar when former coach Zinedine Zidane decided to leave the club, but the board decided to go for Julen Lopetegui instead. When Madrid sacked Lopetegui, former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte appeared to have the edge to join the club, but Solari ended up staying after three good games.

If Los Blancos decide to part ways with Solari, Mauricio Pochettino could be Florentino Perez’s favorite to coach the team. Still, he is under contract and securing his signing would not be cheap for Madrid.

Either way, it looks like Madrid will make plenty of changes this next summer, starting with the coach.
