Real Madrid host Ajax in the return leg of the Champions League Round of 16. Los Blancos obtained a solid 1-2 win in Amsterdam so they have a decent lead. Still, Ajax played a very good game and Solari’s men will need to take a cautious approach if they want to take care of business and advance to the next round.

Predicted lineups and team news

Real Madrid: Courtois; Reguilón, Varane, Nacho, Carvajal; Casemiro, Kroos, Modrić; Vázquez, Benzema, Vinícius

Out: Ramos (suspended), Llorente (adductor)

Ajax: Onana; Tagliafico, Blind, De Ligt, Mazraoui; De Jong, Van de Beek, Schöne; Neres, Tadić, Ziyech

Out: Bandé (calf)

Real Madrid will have to do without team captain Sergio Ramos, a very big loss for them even though he wasn’t in great form in the past two Clasicos played against Barcelona. Other than that, Solari will be expected to deploy the Vazquez-Vinicius-Benzema trio once again after Bale’s mediocre performance last Saturday.
