Real Madrid published a medical report on attacker Karim Benzema, who has picked up a hamstring injury.
Following the tests carried out today on our player Karim Benzema by the Real Madrid medical department, he has been diagnosed with a muscular injury to his left biceps femoris. His recovery will continue to be assessed.

As always, Madrid decided not to reveal how much time Benzema will miss with this injury, but the club should not take any kind of risks now that they’ve got nothing to play for this season.
Mariano has been in and out of the squad list this season but he will be expected to replace Benzema in the starting lineup now that he’s healthy and able to contribute.
Los Blancos take on Rayo Vallecano this Sunday in what will be a crucial game for Rayo, who are trying to avoid relegation and stay in the Spanish Primera Division.
