Ladies and gentlemen, we begin the Champions League quarter-finals today. Both games will be played concurrently today at 3:00 p.m. EST.
We kick things off with Tottenham vs. Manchester City, a head to head between two Premier League teams both having strong seasons. Manchester City is fighting for their league, but Tottenham have been putting up their own fight as well, currently sitting in third place in the Premier League standings. Since you asked, I will be personally rooting for not-Guardiola, thanks.
Our other featured game for the day features Porto visiting Liverpool. Porto is blessed to have the keeper who boasts the fewest goals conceded in all of Europe’s top five leagues, our very own legend, Iker Casillas. It’s always fun to watch Pepe and Casillas together again, and also be sure to keep an eye on Eder Militao, the aggressive central defender joining us this summer. This one is easy = go Porto!
Enjoy the games – and remember, we will be back next year stronger and better!
