“Mbappe is fine where he is now,” said Zidane when asked about the attacker. The reporter insisted and asked the coach about whether he would be willing to give him more responsabilities in Madrid’s offense, in reference to what the attacker’s controversial quotes during a ceremony last week.
“Ladies, gentlemen,” said Zidane, walking away after hesitating as he heard the question.
Paris Saint-Germain released a statement saying that they will keep Mbappe next season and Real Madrid are expected to try to complete a move for the attacker in the summer of 2020, given that they seem focused on other players at the moment.
Signing Mbappe would require at least €300 million and that’s a fee Real Madrid just don’t want to pay right now.
