Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba appears to be Real Madrid’s priority for the rest of this summer’s transfer window. However, signing the French midfielder won’t be easy as United expect him to “remain at Old Trafford next season” while coach Solskjaer considers him a crucial player, according to a report from Sky Sports.

A report from MARCA published this Monday suggested that Real Madrid wanted to sign Pogba quickly so that the midfielder could complete the entirety of Madrid’s pre-season stage. Still, it’s now clear that Manchester United simply don’t want to let Pogba go all that easily, even after the midfielder told the press that “it could be a good time for a new challenge.”

Real Madrid might need to offer at least €150 million to get United’s approval and Los Blancos just don’t want to spend that much on the midfielder, which means that the Pogba transfer saga won’t end soon.
