It was expected that Odegaard would have one more move away from home this season, and it looks like Bayern Leverkusen have won the race. Ajax was another club who were desperate for the Norwegians signature, but the higher level of the Bundesliga, the fit of Peter Bosz attacking Leverkusen side, and the lure of Champions League football all pulled the tide in the German clubs favor.
