Real Madrid left back Theo Hernández is close to finalizing a deal to join Bayer Leverkusen this summer, according to a report from AS.

However, the defender had a meeting with Milan director of football Paolo Maldini in Ibiza to discuss a potential transfer to the Italian club, according to pictures from El Chiringuito de Jugones.

Real Madrid have reportedly reached a €20 million agreement with Bayer Leverkusen and Theo's agent is already working on getting a good deal for the defender, but Milan's interest could ultimately change it all considering the size of the club.

Theo is not in Zidane's plans and will leave the club after a very disappointing debut season in Real Madrid and a discouraging loan deal in Real Sociedad where he couldn't even gain control of the starting left back spot.

The Italian side are also reportedly interested in Dani Ceballos, Martin Odegaard and Borja Mayoral as they try to rebuild and compete for the Serie A title once again, something which will not be easy if Juventus keep improving their team year after year.
